Lee Ann Oberman, CPA

Lee Ann Oberman has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Lee Ann joined us from a "Big 5" Accounting Firm where she specialized in the real estate industry serving clients in the commercial, retail, hospitality and residential markets. She also has experience working with public companies and not-for-profit entities. Lee Ann heads our Audit Department, which specializes in audits of Common Interest Realty Associations (Community Associations).

Lee Ann is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. She resides in Washington Township with her son and has two daughters in college.

 

Stacy Talotta, CPA

Stacy Talotta has been with the firm since 2006 and has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Her experience includes audit, review and compilation engagements for clients in a variety of industries. Over the past 15 years Stacy has developed a specialization in Not-For-Profit accounting and is experienced with all the rules and regulations that govern this specialized industry. Stacy has managed staff in performing numerous compliance audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, as well as reporting requirements of various federal, state and local funding agencies. Stacy has spoken on various Not-For-Profit topics.  Stacy also developed a specialty in providing personal accounting services and advice to women entrepreneurs.  Stacy specializes in audits of Common Interest Realty Associations and has a detailed understanding of Association Accounting.

Stacy received her B.S. Degree with Honors in Accounting from Beaver College (a.k.a. Arcadia University).  She resides in Washington Township with her husband and three children.

 

Shea Pease, CPA

Shea Pease specializes in tax and accounting services for small to mid-sized business clients and individuals. Shea has almost 20 years experience working with small to medium closely held and family owned businesses. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and has taught seminars and workshops on QuickBooks, as well as providing consulting services for businesses. Shea has practiced in South Jersey for the past five years and prior to that lived in Cincinnati, OH where she was the Tax Manager for a local firm. During her time in Cincinnati, Shea helped her firm start and operate a full service payroll practice, supervised the professional staff and was responsible for the firm’s peer review program.

Shea is a board member of the Atlantic City, NJ chapter of The Daughter’s of the American Revolution, and serves various leadership roles within Cub Scouts Pack 12 in Galloway, NJ.

Shea received her B.S. in Accountancy from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant in both New Jersey & Ohio. She lives in Galloway with her husband and three boys.
